The leader of France Stein Heurtey MECC from Shanghai HQ visited our company
On ay 28th ,2005, three leaders of France Stein Heurtey MECC from Shanghai HQ, Mr. We, Mr. Du and Mr. Huang visited our company and our manager Mr. Yang leaded on all the staff to attend the meeting. In the meeting, we pointed out our main work task and goal in 2005, which increased our sense of responsibility and solidarity.
To look back our situation in 2004, Mr. Wei said, in this year, we had kept a good development tendency and the sale amount increased greatly, as well as our group industry. It is a wonderful date in 2004: we had established the system with vigor and competition; the successful project for Korea indicated that we made a great progress toward internationalization, which made our goal entering international market become true.
In the meeting, Mr. Yang pointed out that the next year 2005 is of great importance for us and we will face more challenges and better chances. Therefore, we will advance our economic management quality, establish international management, promote excellent project, advocate first-class level and set up enterprise culture with international competition. Furthermore, we will strengthen our management base, advance our ability of supply and product quality to make every circle of management reach best and make everyone become outstanding. What’s more, we will enhance the product innovation, enlarge technical research and development, improve the technical content of product and consolidate our advanced advantages in national market.
In the aspect of internationalization, we have to transform and innovate ourselves to set up enterprise culture with international competition. We have to make relevant transformation in enterprise organization and management system to create a team with high talent and advance their ability of international management in order to realize the total goal of our group.
It is said that in 2005, the checking includes sale income and profit. The result has a connection with the performance. In this way, it greatly advances the management level and competition of all the departments in the company. Furthermore, our company praised the departments which obtained accomplishment in the aspect of technical innovation in 2004.
After this successful meeting, we deeply realize that the purpose of culture establishment is to create profit for enterprise and keep its continuous development. In the competitive market, we always kept accordance with technical development and a forward step to promote ourselves and took devotement, faithfulness, comity and innovation as our spirit on the base of meeting customer’s satisfaction. We know that quality is the enterprise’s life and transformation can keep us energetic, bring more and more chances for development and help us overcome potential crisis. To admit ourselves is the behavior of having courage and confidence, which can promote us to make progress. And the only method to enhance our competition and win the customer’s dependence is to dare to take the responsibility of risk and pay much attention to the quality and innovation of the products persistently.
