Our company specially invited a famous lecturer to give us a speech
On December 30th 2006, in order to strength our sense of solidarity, set up high-efficient team concept and active work attitude and enhance our performance, our company specially invited a famous lecturer to give us a speech, namely "how to create a team with high performance, how to inspire the employees’ ability of creation, how to strength their loyalty, how to deal the relationship between superior and subordinate and what is the standard of high-performance team". The lecturer has an abundant practical experience in marketing, management of human resource and team creating.
The lecturer appeared as the king of story and he cited a case to analyze and explain how to cultivate team spirit and belief and foster our sensation intelligence to become an excellent leader in a team. He gained our warm applause by his wonderful speech and interesting story. We realized that this lecture was so meaningful and it expatiated much advanced management thought and concept for us. It was so significant to enhance our ability and realize stable development of our enterprise.
In the training, each of us attended the lecture earnestly and answered the questions actively. After this training, we realized that the individual success is on the base of team success. We may create a harmonious and friendly team with high-performance only if we should take common responsibilities and missions. We indicated that, in the future, under our strategy of boosting excellent project and advocate first-class level, we should perfect our work performance and try our best to complete our task to advance the total management achievement of our enterprise
